HDRF is funding a clinical trial at Mount Sinai that testing promising immune target for the first time in humans. The trial started in December, 2020 and will continue through December, 2023.

Dr. Murrough oversees a clinical program at Mount Sinai focused on evidence-based treatments for treatment-resistant depression and other severe forms of mood and anxiety disorders. Dr. Murrough’s focus is the link between depression and inflammation of certain mood circuits.
