September is National Suicide Prevention Month,
September 1, 2024

HDRF observes Suicide Prevention Month every September. All month, mental health advocates, prevention organizations, survivors, allies, and community members unite to promote suicide prevention awareness. Together we emphasize that suicide is a serious but preventable public health crisis that requires action at all levels of society. It starts with our conversations with each other. This month is a chance to fight stigma, spread hope, and share vital information.
